Floor Plans

Top-down illustrations show us exactly what the title implies. If you were to take the roof off of a home and fly above the house, this is what you would see.  The room dimensions and furniture placed in these drawings are all to scale so that we can plan accordingly when making design decisions and selections.

Floor plans with labeled dimensions are essentially the 2D blueprints of a space.  The dimensions of the space and all affixed components should be shown, along with any notes for clarification.
