Hi, I'm Leslie!

It's so great to meet you! I'm Leslie, an interior designer & home renovator.  Throughout my education and early on in my career, I followed the "what I should do" path.  It took sitting in a cubical and running queries in a spreadsheet to quiet my mind enough to hear what my heart was telling me to do.  While decorating and reimagining what the spaces around me could be is something I've always done, it wasn't until this point that I considered it as a career.  

Now, ten years later, I've experienced several different aspects of the design and renovation industry.  The opportunity to work at a well-known design firm provided my foundation in interior design.  I learned the ropes of working with clients and which materials would be best suited for them.  Later on, I loved the hands-on work of staging homes going on the market in order to get top dollar for the seller.  It was renovating a home with my family, though, that set my heart on fire.  It was during this renovation that I learned I was capable of picking up a nail gun and doing so much more than I thought.  That's how my love for DIY was born!

All these experiences have culminated what I do with my time today.  I've learned that design doesn't have to be expensive.  A little design planning can go a long way in how a project turns out, and our favorite spaces can be both functional and beautiful at the same time.  Now, I'm ready to help you with your space.
